The following duties and responsibilities will be expected of the candidate

Deliver outstanding customer service to parents, staff and students by telephone and at front of house.

  • Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner
  • Owning and managing technical queries to a conclusion which will involve an understanding of iOS, Windows 10 & Office 365
  • Logging and management of any support calls on the Service Desk system where required.
  • Assisting parents and staff with the ordering process via The Wriggle Online Store.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Ad hoc projects/ tasks as directed

Job Requirements:

  • Be a smart, professional, customer services orientated and enthusiastic individual.
  • Be personable and outgoing.
  • Present well in a corporate environment and have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computers and common software packages.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or office admin role is an advantage.
  • Self starter who uses own initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Fluent English essential.

We are looking to identify and hire an outgoing and organised individual to join our growing organisation for the summer period. This is a full-time position and you will be based in our headquarters in Ballymount, Dublin 12.
