There are lots of websites and helplines available to young people who have been affected by bullying and cyberbullying. We have provided a list of the some of the online resouces below.

ISPCC

If you want to talk, text or chat online with a trusted Childline volunteer, they are there to help every day.

Watch Your Space

WatchYourSpace.ie is devoted to promoting safe, effective use of the internet among young people through awareness raising resources and campaigns. You will find lots of videos, posters and other resources on the site and also find out ways to get involved!

Teen-Line Ireland

Teen-Line Ireland is a free-phone and free text service for teenagers open every day from 8pm to 11pm. They are ready to listen if you need to talk to someone. All calls are confidential.

ReachOut.com is an online youth mental health service. It helps young people through tough times and was, in fact, the first of its kind in the world.
