Ordering your School Books and eBooks

1. Your Wriggle school account manager will liaise with your child's school and get incoming student details by year group from the school

2. Wriggle's technical team will then provision a consistent set of credentials for each student for each publisher app, ie. each student will have the same username and password for each of their school book publisher apps to make things easier

3. Where do I find my child's credentials? Your child's publisher app credentials will be printed on the Wriggle Student Sheet that will come in the box with your child's Wriggle device

Having already created your child's credentials for their eBook publisher accounts, Wriggle's experienced team of teachers have created step by step tutorials on how to set up your eBook publisher accounts and how to retrieve and download eBooks to your device.

Video guides have been created for every book publisher and are available to watch on-demand on the Wriggle Connect Family training platform which you have FREE access to for the year.

• Wriggle will provide an online portal via it's physical book partner, Bookhaven, who will create a bespoke school site for parents to purchase their books (1^st – 6^th years as required)
• Once bespoke stores are complete on the Bookhaven site, Wriggle will email and message customers with a unique link guiding them to their bespoke store so they can purchase their physical books. This link will also be sent to the school to send direct to parents
• Customers will also be able to find their child's book list via the navigation menu on Bookhaven's web site 
• Bookhaven will take payment for any physical book orders and send the books direct to the customer with a document clearly outlining the customer support channels available for aftersales support
